She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine and is a fitness content creator.

3. What is her background?
She graduated with her Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science from Kent State University. Shortly after, she passed her certification & moved to Italy where she trained Air Force personnel. She then followed her dreams & moved to Los Angeles where she now resides & is pursuing her passions of being a fitness trainer & influencer.
