(23 Jul 1994) For the second day running on Saturday (23/7) violent clashes
erupted between Palestinian activists and Israeli security
forces. In Ramallah, Israeli soldiers fired live ammunition and tear gas to disperse Palestinian youths who were throwing stones at an Israeli army patrol. Clashes between Israeli security forces and Palistinians were reported in Nablus as well.
