1. Hammer Curl + Press
2. Push Press
3. 1 & 1/2 Bicep Curl
4. Overhead Triceps
5. Hammer Curl + Press
6. Punches
7. Around the World
8. Push-Ups
Perform Each Exercise x 2- 10 reps then 8 reps
