Glute-Ham Walks are one of the most underrated zero-equipment exercises to hit your hamstrings hard. If you’ve got it available you can also do these with some weight across your hips.
Top tips:
Hold the top of a Glute bridge and jeep your hips as locked as you can throughout.
Digging your heels in to the floor, walk your feet out in to a “V” (i.e., legs walk out wide)
Focus in controlling the eccentric (lowering) portion and maximally squeezing your glutes and hamstrings at the bottom of each rep.
