I harbored this idea of extracting the fibers from the Sansevieria Aethiopica from the year 2000 while i was still studying at the prestigious NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) New Delhi. From the very beginning I knew that the fibers are strong enough to withstand the spinning, blending and weaving process. After so many years of putting the whole project of taking the concept to the fruition, I observed that the cellulose do get decayed even without burying them in the soil etc. and extracting fibers from it was easier that way with any help from a lab and required chemicals etc.
One can easily scale it if a lab/RnD factory intervenes.
