Описание: This unique mixer and kitchen machine was constructed in the fifties and is still produced to-day, without any changes in concept. Only the design has altered minimally. There is nothing better for kneading wheat dough. The dough hook and the dough partitioner do a superb job. Without the brutality of a spiral mixer they soften the gluten and add lots of air, and they give the impression that there is no haste, no shortage of time. They had more time in those days. In the end, the dough is perfect after about 10-12 minutes, and it is a pleasure to watch it develop. The Mixi is very expensive and very sought after. It's not exported. Probably the producers believe that no other nation but the German is worthy of such a superb tool. For artisan bakers with a taste for the exclusive, bizarre and nevertheless efficient kneading instrument.
