RECLAIM's Rachel and Georgia headed into Manchester's Picadilly Gardens and asked members of the public what THEY think when they hear the term 'working class'.
This was part of RECLAIM’s Built by the Working Class Campaign¸ created with pro-bono support from creative agency True North. The campaign aims to tackle the ‘uncomfortable’ debate around the ever-prevalent class system in the UK. The campaign is calling on working class communities to reclaim their history and heritage and to reject stigma and the increasing isolation of their young people.
