We took our cameras behind the scenes to capture the hustle and bustle of the confirmation and clearing hotline.
The central team of nearly 200 staff were joined by President and Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Duncan Ivison, Vice-President for Teaching, Learning and Students, Jenn Hallam, and Director of Student and Academic Services, Craig Best, to answer calls and support with activities on the day.
