Here is a factory video of the high-speed label inspection in the beverage industry.
The video shows the production line and integrated machine vision system. A vision system consists of a sensor, camera & light setup, visual controller, and UI(to display the recorded results).
Bottle labels are being inspected here. Once the bottle crosses the sensor the image acquisition process is triggered. Real-time defects can be identified and reflected on the UI screen. Also, data from the labels can easily be recorded.
