The vision system setup requires a camera with proper illumination to best capture the image of the labels. Let's see how quickly the system is able to identify all the text and sign on the medicine packet.
We can see that the solution is independent of the orientation of the label, and automatically locates the label and does the inspection based on the orientation it finds.
Further, the sample is switched with a defective label (manually scratched) to see how accurately the system can work. You can see it immediately detects and shows the results.
