Etwop Geoffrey, the NRM treasurer of Lira district and the presidential assistant Francis Okello Opio have been accused of declaring their support and openly campaigning for the minister of gender Betty Amongi Akena of UPC against NRM candidate, minister of health Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng Ocero.
NRM wants Okello Opio's appointment revoked and Etwop prosecuted of the previous allegation of land fraud.
The duo called the meeting illegal.
Etwop said their party chairman Yoweri Museveni is working with Amongi and so him.
