WE ARE BACK! Thank you for everyone who has been joining me for these live quarantine workouts for the last couple months. The last 2 weeks I have taken a break from these workouts to be able to give my time, and attention to the Black Lives Matter Movement. It has been 2 weeks filled with a lot of reflection, unlearning, relearning, and hard but necessary conversations. A phrase that has been going around puts it perfectly, "I understand that I will never understand, but I will stand". I choose to be on the side of history that fights for equality and justice.
