Hips Fat Reduce Workout 10 Min Beginners Exercise - Sri Bodygranite
Here's a 10-minute beginner workout to help reduce hip fat:
Side Leg Raises (1 minute): Start by lying on your side with your legs straight. Lift your top leg up towards the ceiling, hold for a second, then lower it back down. Repeat for one minute on each side.
Glute Bridge (1 minute): Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Lift your hips up towards the ceiling, squeezing your glutes at the top. Lower back down and repeat for one minute.
Fire Hydrant (1 minute): Start on all fours with your hands directly under your shoulders and your knees under your hips. Lift your right leg out to the side, keeping it bent at a 90-degree angle. Lower it back down and repeat for one minute on each side.
Standing Side Leg Lifts (1 minute): Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lift your left leg out to the side, keeping it straight. Lower it back down and repeat for one minute on each side.
Sumo Squats (2 minutes): Stand with your feet wider than shoulder-width apart, toes pointing slightly outwards. Bend your knees and lower your hips down, keeping your chest up and your back straight. Straighten your legs to stand back up and repeat for two minutes.
Curtsy Lunges (2 minutes): Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart. Step your left foot back and behind your right leg, bending both knees as if you were curtsying. Step back up to standing and repeat for two minutes on each side.
Cool down (2 minutes): Finish with some gentle stretching to cool down your muscles.
Remember to keep proper form and breathe deeply throughout the workout. As you get more comfortable with these exercises, you can increase the number of reps or add weights to make them more challenging.
