Warm-up:
Start with a few minutes of light cardio to warm up your muscles. You can jog in place, do jumping jacks, or skip rope for about 3-5 minutes.

Exercise 1: Squats (3 sets of 12 reps)

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and toes slightly pointed outward.
Lower your body as if you're sitting back into a chair, keeping your chest up and core engaged.
Make sure your knees do not extend beyond your toes.
Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
Exercise 2: Lunges (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)

Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
Take a step forward with your right foot and lower your body until both knees are at a 90-degree angle.
Keep your front knee aligned with your ankle and your back knee slightly above the ground.
Push through your front heel to return to the starting position and repeat on the other leg.
Exercise 3: Glute bridges (3 sets of 12 reps)

Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.
Lift your hips off the ground, squeezing your glutes at the top.
Hold for a second, then lower your hips back down to the starting position.
Exercise 4: Side-lying leg lifts (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)

Lie on your side with your legs straight and stacked on top of each other.
Lift your top leg as high as you can while keeping it straight.
Lower it back down with control.
Repeat on the other side.
Exercise 5: Inner thigh leg lifts (3 sets of 12 reps per leg)

Lie on your side with your bottom leg slightly bent for stability.
Lift your top leg, keeping it straight, as high as you can.
Lower it back down with control.
Repeat on the other side.
Cool-down:
Finish your workout with a few minutes of stretching for your buttocks and inner thighs. You can do seated forward bends, butterfly stretches, or any other stretches that target these areas.
