Day 13 and lets focus on the arms and the Triceps. I decided to use a heavier weight than usual to really get the muscle fatigue burn. If you want to add in the bounce element then using a lighter weight will be better so you can still perform a basic bounce.
4 exercises performed for 1 min 15 secs, giving you the 5 min workout.
