Описание:
Edgar Schein is a former MIT Sloan School of Management professor in Massachusetts, USA. He has also worked for many years as a consultant in organisational development and corporate culture.
Edgar Schein was one of the leading cultural researchers when cultural theory emerged in the early 1980s. According to this theory, culture is a metaphor for company organisation.
Edgar Schein’s theory is based on what we call the functional perspective, where culture serves a particular function in the organisation.
