Описание: Our previous video demonstrates a nice stretch done standing with foot on a surface behind you. This is an excellent method to relax into the stretch and accomplish a more thorough stretch to various parts of the front thigh muscle (the quadricep, rectus femoris). Bottom leg is flexed up to prevent too much arch in the spine. You might need a strap to hold and gently pull on the ankle. Keep the foot, thigh, and hip on the same horizontal plane. (Note my knee is a bit too high toward ceiling!) NOT FOR EVERYONE! Nothing should hurt, especially the hip or knee...just a comfortable stretch on the front of the thigh.
