STIR FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES (Vegetarian Recipe)

Ingredients:
Pine cauliflower
Broccoli
Carrot
Black Fungus
Minced garlic
Vegetable stock cube/powder
Little water 💧
Salt to taste
Mixture:
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch
½ tsp sugar
Little water 💧
Steps:
Heat up a wok with little oil over medium-high flame. Add in the garlic and sliced carrots. Stir well, then add in the broccoli. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then, add the stock cube/powder as well as the cauliflower. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now, add in the black fungus and sprinkle some water to soften the vegetables. The vegetables must not be overcooked.
Now, add in the mixture and give a quick toss. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with rice! Enjoy 👌
