It was a cloudy, and cool July day in southern Pennsylvania, and myself, along with Washington District Railfan decided to head up and shoot the York Rail; a railroad which I'd never shot.
We started the day just outside Hanover shooting the CSX local D795 heading west on the Hanover Subdivision with an AC4400 leading an SD40-3. After that, we caught up with our first YRC local in Spring Grove, sporting a former Norfolk Southern GP15 leading, still in NS paint.
After arriving in York, we milled around town for a few hours, shooting the various jobs that were running around, snagging a few shots in the process.
