To make your Umeshu Noyama at home, here are the measurements.
1: Ice up your mixing glass
2: Add 40ml of your Ron Zacapa apple infusion to your mixing glass
3: Add 25ml of Umeshu plum wine to your mixing glass
4: Stir well
5: Add ice block to your martini glass
6: Pour drink over ice block
7: Garnish with some roasted sesame oil (3-5 drops)
8: Enjoy
To infuse your Ron Zacapa with apple;
Add the dried apples to the rum and leave in a container for half a day.
