Описание: In second grade, Kylee Mitchell Wells, now Executive Director of Ballmer Group’s Southeast Michigan team, was struggling with basic math. To help, her father assigned her the role of “house manager,” tasking her with balancing the checkbook and keeping track of expenses. Over the years, he taught her important lessons in budgeting, accessing credit, and taxes through involving her in these activities. Recognizing how crucial that was to her own financial empowerment, Wells sought to give more young people access to that kind of information. She spearheaded a successful campaign to include financial education in public schools throughout Michigan.
