Plain flour 普通麵粉 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Water (清水) 2 tbsp (湯匙)
Sweet and Sour Sauce 甜酸汁:
Tomato sauce (番茄醬) 3 tbsp (湯匙)
Water (清水) 3 tbsp (湯匙)
Rice vinegar (白米醋) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Sugar (砂糖) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Chili as needed (辣椒適量) optional (可選)
Starchy Solution 生粉水打芡用:
Water (清水) 1 tbsp (湯匙)
Cornflour (玉米粉) 1 tsp (茶匙)
