Over the next 100 days, we will be starting each day with joy as we welcome the day with belly dance! You will find your belly dance improves, as will your energy, your mornings, and your life!! It's not about perfecting the moves, it is about having fun, switching on your brain and body in the morning, and making a positive commitment to your life. So are you ready? Let's go!

Join me as we start the day with joy, brought to us by dance 😁 It just feels so good to start the dance dancing. It's our 100 DAY DANCE CHALLENGE: wake up, dance with me first thing in the morning, and keep that beautiful feeling that dancing gives us for the entire day.
