Hey everyone 🦾 Today we’re focusing on a strength-focused arms and abs workout using dumbbells only. Expect a serious burn in the biceps and triceps, with core exercises mixed throughout to keep your abs engaged the entire session.
This at-home dumbbell workout is ideal for men and women who want to build arm strength, improve core stability, and get an efficient workout in just 20 minutes. We repeat each block three times so you can really focus on proper form and muscle activation.

Dumbbells (I’m using 15kg / 30 lbs)
