Suspension arm exercises are a very effective way to work your biceps and triceps, and these two are some of the best for building bigger arms.
Bigger arm micro workout:
#1 Warm-up with 2 sets of light rows and push-up variation of your choice for building a light burn in the arms.
#2 Super set:
Lateral biceps curls for 10-12 reps
Standing triceps press for 8-10 reps
Push each set close to failure, keeping tension on your muscles the whole time. Perform 3-4 sets or until your arms are struggling to continue doing the exercise.
