In this raw & real journey video, I travelled from *Subedarganj Railway Station (Prayagraj)* to *Buxar* in the *General Compartment* of the Northeast Express – and what I saw was the true condition of Indian Railways in 2025–26.

People sleeping by tying gamchha/shawl to luggage racks – classic Indian Railways jugaad 😲
Someone sitting inside the **latrine**, someone hanging on the gate, elderly, women, children – everyone suffering in the crush
Pantry staff selling:
→ Chai ₹5 → sold for ₹10
→ Normal water ₹20
→ Standard Veg Thali ₹130 (massive overcharging!)
I raised complaint → Pantry manager came personally, apologized & offered to return money to everyone
Helped many passengers file complaints via *139* – taught people their rights
After complaint – *Rail Neer* finally arrived in the running train (which pantry staff earlier said “nahi hai”) 🚰
Important message: *Even General compartment passengers have the right to complain and get fair service!*

This video shows both the problems and how common people can fight back 💪
