What do you do when you experience knee pain during your leg workouts? Stop squatting and lunging?
NOPE.
You still need strong legs to support and stabilize the knee☝🏼
Well, if you have knee issues you may want to avoid excessive loads and repetitive motions (like stacking hundreds of kilos on a barbell and vertically load the legs in a barbell squat) but with suspension training you can get the right load and the right angle for minimizing stress on the painful area.
Here’s a combination of strength, balance and stability exercises for strong knees:
1️⃣(Off Balance-Offset) Single Leg Squat Knee Pull
2️⃣Passè + Airplane Combo
3️⃣Close Stance Front Squat + Leg Lift
4️⃣(Arms Supported) Dead Stop Lunge
5️⃣Single Leg Hip Press Combo
