Dr. K’dee Crews is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who earned her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Loma Linda University. She completed her doctoral internship at VA Boston Healthcare System—an affiliate of Harvard University and Boston University—and pursued advanced training through a postdoctoral fellowship at Loma Linda University Medical Center. During her training in integrated medical settings, including Primary Care and Palliative Care, Dr. Crews became increasingly aware of the neglected mind-body connection, and intentionally cultivated a biopsychosocial-spiritual approach to treatment.
Dr. Crews currently serves as a psychologist, clinical director, and supervisor at Beautiful Minds Medical, a holistic mental health clinic in Northern California. She specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma (incl. complex PTSD), grief, and coping with chronic and terminal illness. She is especially passionate about the thoughtful, clinically grounded integration of faith and mental health and addressing the common moral, spiritual and existential wounds that trauma creates. Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Crews is committed to enhancing mental health practice through program and policy development and teaching and supervising the next generation of therapists. She is also dedicated to empowering global audiences as a sought-after international speaker and influential podcast host. Personally, Dr. Crews strives to embody the health principles she teaches—embracing a plant-based lifestyle, prioritizing relational and spiritual wellness, and maintaining her love of endurance running, having completed multiple half and full marathons. Above all, she finds deep fulfillment in helping people heal the deepest of wounds—the disconnection from themselves, others, the world around them, and God.
