Mobile Pick Pack and Ship for NetSuite - RF-SMART Demo

Описание: RF-SMART's Mobile Pick Pack Ship for NetSuite combines the process into one function, including the printing of the shipping labels and packing slips. First, users will select “pick pack ship” from the main menu. Since Pick Pack Ship involves the use of packages, users are able to choose a box type upon the scan of the item. Box types can be changed or added. As each product is scanned, it’s placed into the current box. Once the item has been scanned and quantity entered, then the product can be placed inside the first box. An item fulfillment will be created against the order, all the items will be placed into that fulfillment, and package records will be created.

Hello you're watching a brief demonstration of pick pack ship using RF-SMART for NetSuite. What you are seeing is a live mirroring of RF-SMART on a Zebra TC 75 device. RF-SMART can be used on a wide variety of modern devices. Firstly, we will select pick pack ship from the main menu the primary difference between pick pack ship and the other standard RF-SMART applications is that pick pack ship involves the use of packages. So I'm going to go ahead and scan a sales order to pick pack ship. Now on the screen you can see, as well as, the location I'm picking from the opportunity to scan a product to pick. I also have a box number that's been generated and a box type. If I want to change that box type I can click here and then select a different box type. I can also add additional boxes by going into the list of boxes and hitting add new box so as I scan each product it's placed into the current box. So if I go ahead and scan the top item there in the list you can see that they're all red indicating none of them have been picked. Once I scan that first product which is the triple bunk bed with storage and then I confirm the bin that I'm picking from I need to enter a 1 indicating that I am picking the full quantity for this line. Now that product has been placed inside the first box if I hit review here and I open this box I can see that there's one of that product inside it I can also add a new box and I'm going to make it a type of bag and then I'm going to scan the second product here. I'm going to enter the quantity of two to confirm that two of this item has been picked and now if I go into review I can see in the box I have my first product that I picked, and in the bag I have the second product that I picked. I can also switch which box I'm packing into so I could switch back to the first box by clicking select from this list and now I'm going go ahead and scan the final product in this order into that box, confirm the bin that I am picking from and enter the quantity. Now once again I need to go to the review screen and confirm that I'm happy to confirm this order I go ahead and do that and hit submit. What can happen now is that that item fulfillment will be created against the order all the items will be placed into that fulfillment and package records will be created for the different products that I picked into each package. So in my case one box and one bag. If you're in a region where NetSuite has integrated shipping with FedEx or USPS labels can also be generated from this transaction. The fulfillment we've created is also marked as shipped and an invoice can be generated from this transaction as well so this is intended for a fully picking packing and shipping a sales order from within a single transaction.
