As we get older, we don’t just lose mobility at the hips and spine; we lose it at the feet first.
Toe strength, toe spread, and arch control are more important than you think! When the feet stop doing their job, other areas start to compensate leading to knee pain, hip imbalances, shoulder pain etc. The whole body works as a system!
This banded toe splay drill helps wake up the arches, and improve toe control :) Small drills like this add up and will make a huge difference overtime! (I do this every morning. )
