This is a short horror game made by Kerineia!
In The Butterfly, you play as a man whose wife, Leila, is gravely ill and unable to do much on her own. Struggling with overwhelming sadness and loss, he becomes obsessed with creating a mannequin meant to replace her — a way to preserve the love he’s terrified of losing.
What begins as an act of devotion quickly spirals into something deeply unsettling. As reality blurs and strange details emerge, it becomes clear that something is very wrong.
The Butterfly is a short but disturbing experience, focusing on atmosphere, symbolism, and psychological tension rather than cheap jump scares.
