Описание: 45 Minute No Repeat Cardio & Strength | The Power of 10. I absolutely loved this workout, and the format. We are in rep range today, doing 10 reps of everything. The no repeat exercises make it fun. We will do 10 reps of strength, then 10 reps of cardio. My suggestion is to switch when I switch. This is a great combination of cardio and strength and I think you'll love it! Also, I give you previews in the workout today.
