This month's cocktail contest on Reddit included Sparkling Wine and Apricot, two of my favorite cocktail ingredients! I made a series of delicious cocktails trying to find the perfect one to enter the contest, and settled on Three Stones, an enticing mix of Mezcal, Prosecco, Apricot, and Amaretto.
In my search for the best cocktail to enter into this contest, I utilized many concoctions using Prosecco and Apricot, including:
Prosecco
Prosecco Reduction
Freeze-Dried Apricot Infused Prosecco Reduction
Freeze-Dried Apricot Infused Mezcal
Freeze-Dried Apricot Infused Aquavit
Amaretto-Coconut Foam
Grated Sun-Dried Apricot
Apricot Liqueur
