#1: Reverse Lateral Kickback - 10-15 reps per leg for 3 sets
#2: Bulgarian Split Squat - 10-15 reps per leg for 3 sets … Finish with 10 pulses without weight
#3: 1 Legged Hip Thrusts - 12-15 reps per leg for 3 sets
