Air fryer fried chicken and crinkle-cut fries

Ingredients:
Boneless chicken thighs 500g
1tsp Cajun pepper powder
1tbs garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1.5 tsp black pepper powder
1tsp salt
1cup plain cornflakes
1.5cup breadcrumbs
1egg
4 potatoes

Method:
Marinate the chicken overnight of for minimum of 4 hours with all the dry ingredients and let it refrigerate.
Beat up an egg and roll the chicken in it. Roll coat the chicken with cornflakes and bread crumbs and spray with a little oil so it stays supple and juicy. Without a little oil it may dry up with the extreme hot air blowing. Fry for 30 mins at 250 flipping it up at an interval of 5-6 mins so it cooks evenly on both sides. When it cuts easily with a fork you know it’s ready.
For the potato fries use a crinkle cutter for the zigzag edges. You can use a regular knife and cut them up thin too. Spray them with a little oil and fry at 250 for 30 mins occasionally flipping it so it cooks evenly. Cook until it’s crispy and golden brown. Another variation is jacket wedges where you cut the potato’s with its skin on and fry it crispy. Flavour your crisps with salt and any other seasonings of your choice. I use pepper and truffle powder.
