Circuit 2
40 sec effort, 20 sec rest
Mountain climbers
Reverse lunge
Tricep dips
Plank walk-outs
Repeat circuits 1 and 2
Core
2 sets of 10 reps
Bridge
Toe taps
Donkey kicks
Russian twist
