In this What I Ate Today vlog I'm sharing everything I cooked and ate as a healthy plant based vegan. Everything I made is simple, easy to make, and healthy / well balanced (usually lol) Breakfast was a high protein smoothie that tasted like a milkshake. Lunch was easy chicken tacos that were so quick and delicious! And for dinner I made black bean burgers, a dairy free tzatziki wedge salad recipe, and sweet potato fries. So good! I also shared my workout, some vegan hair care products, and how I stay motivated to workout..spoiler alert, it's all about intention. I hope you enjoy this what I ate today video!
