Fierce TKO is an awesome tabata kickboxing workout where we alternate two moves, and upper and a lower body combo. Each move is 20 seconds, we recover for 10 seconds in between.
In this recording there is no warm up or stretch at the end, so please warm up prior to working out, and stretch when you are done!
