In a shocking late-night incident at a guest house in Gandamunda, Khandagiri area of Bhubaneswar, a group of youths barged in demanding a room. When refused due to no vacancy, they vandalized the premises, brutally assaulted staff, abducted the manager, bundled him into a vehicle, and beat him severely. They also attempted to attack a young woman staying as a guest. Upon receiving information, police rushed to the spot, rescued the injured manager, and arrested five accused persons, who are now detained at the police station for interrogation. The incident caused panic in the area and is under active investigation.
