Age-Friendly Public Health Systems Training
Urban Health Partnerships (UHP), in partnership with the South Florida Geriatric Workforce Enhancement Program (SFGWEP), is pleased to announce the Spring 2022 Age-Friendly Health Systems 4M Training Series.
The overall focus and theme of the 4-part session series is, "Putting It Into Practice: Case-Based Approaches to Age-Friendly Health Systems". This virtual training series focuses on the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4M Framework, an initiative of The John A. Hartford Foundation and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement in partnership with the American Hospital Association and the Catholic Health Association of the United States. Renowned speakers from across the country will provide insight into the implementation of Age-Friendly Health Systems.
Training Length: Each module will be approximately 90 minutes.
