1 tsp garlic paste
1 can tomato sauce
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp salt
5 oz cream cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
12 oz noodles
Optional: 1 cup milk for extra creaminess
