Let's really CRUSH this full body burn workout together! I LOVED THIS WORKOUT! I used 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 50 pound dumbbells so grab your and let's crush this workout together! We will complete each exercise for 3 rounds of 40 seconds with the first 2 rounds being a challenge for your heavy weights and the last round being a lighter small range of motion movement. This is a workout where you can really feel your muscles working for you! Invite someone to do this workout with you and push each other if you'd like!
