As we drove past the green fields of Kottayam and climbed through the misty curves of Kumily and Thekkady, the air got cooler and the scenery wilder. Spices filled the air, tea plantations rolled like green carpets, and monkeys made surprise appearances along the way.

Crossing into Tamil Nadu, the roads took us through hairpin bends and stunning valleys. With every turn, clouds came closer — like they were welcoming us home.

Finally, we reached the cool, cozy charm of Kodaikanal. The lake shimmered in the evening light, the mountains whispered peace, and we ended the day with hot coffee in hand and a view we’ll never forget.
