Roasted Peanuts (Bhuni Moongfali / भुनी मूंगफली) – ¼ cup
Bread Crumbs (Bread Crumbs / ब्रेड क्रम्ब्स) – 1 cup
Garam Masala (Garam Masala / गरम मसाला) – 1½ tsp
Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder / धनिया पाउडर) – 1½ tsp
Fresh Coriander Purée (Hara Dhaniya Paste / हरा धनिया पेस्ट) – ½ cup
Green Chilli Paste (Hari Mirch Paste / हरी मिर्च पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste (Adrak Paste / अदरक पेस्ट) – 1 tsp
Chaat Masala (Chaat Masala / चाट मसाला) – 1 tsp
Whole Coriander Seeds, Crushed
(Sabut Dhaniya / साबुत धनिया) – 1 tsp
Salt (Namak / नमक) – To taste
