Then, fill a spray bottle with a couple ounces of water and 3-5 drops of lemon essential oil. The quantity depends on how strong a lemon scent you prefer. Next, distribute it the inside of your microwave with the lemon water. Do cover all areas top, bottom, and sides. Then, set the timer for roughly two minutes and turn it on. After the microwave finishes the short cycle, leave the sponge cool of inside with the door closed and then use it to wipe out the inside.
