On this episode I continue with the ongoing restoration of this 1979 Kenworth W900A truck to turn it into a tribute movie truck to the one used in the 1977 classic movie Smokey and the Bandit with Burt Reynolds, Jerry Reed and Jackie Gleason. This time I’m focused on installing another interior from the minty crew at the DayCab Company out of Tennessee as the last one which was almost fully installed had to be modified slightly due to a late change I made to the truck and on the way back those panels burned down in the FedEx truck and that material has been discontinued so they offered to make an entirely new interior for me. As I’ve already done this once, it went a lot smoother than the 1st time around and I even made a few small changes to make it look even better.
