Healthy homemade bread

Описание:
One cup of warm water
1 tablespoon of milk
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil (I used avocado oil or olive oil)
2 tablespoons of raw, honey
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
3 cups of all-purpose flour
( I used organic bread flour, whole wheat flour, or organic unbleached white whole wheat flour)
2 tablespoons of active dry yeast
( one packet)
Be sure to place all those ingredients in that particular order into your bread machine.
Set on three hours for medium crust.
It will beep when it’s done.
Let the bread cool without covering.
Once cool enough to handle slice and enjoy.
If you were going to have this bread more than a few days, keep it in the fridge for optimal freshness.
