Onion 🧅 sprouts 🌱 take a couple more days to get going compared to other popular sprouting seeds like broccoli or kale. It’s worth it! These guys are DELICIOUS on anything you’d add onion to: fried rice, burritos, hash browns, mashed potatoes, avocado toast, savory salads, the list goes on.
Sprouting tray is from sproutpeople.org (or source on Amazon).
I’ve let these sprouts grow taller than the tray and they’re just as tasty!
Once they’re done, they can easily be pulled out with almost no effort and stored in the fridge for 3-4 days.
