Instructions
3 cup All purpose flour
3 cup sugar
1 ½ cup cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp salt
1 ½ baking powder
1 Tbsp baking soda
½ cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 ½ cup butter milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup hot coffee
FOR FROSTING
1 cup butter
½ cup cocoa
5 cup 10x
1 tsp vanilla
3-4 Tbsp milk
