120g oatflour
45g vanilla whey protein powder
50g sweetener (Erythritol)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
Salt
Wet:
200g cottage cheese
2 lemon zest
1 egg
100g eegg whites
30g coconut oil or butter
100g raspberries
Bake at 180°C or 350°F for 40 minutes. Cake can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
